FOR ELECTRICAL SUBCONTRACTORS

Check your electrical closeout folder before you submit it.

One free completed check. No project documents uploaded to M2 AI. Findings and cited excerpts are returned to Claude. No OCR. No certification.

USEFUL BEFORE HANDOFF

It checks the folder you select—nothing more.

Readable files are matched with fixed, transparent rules and cited back to their relative path. Unreadable files, image-only documents, and incomplete scans are never treated as proof that something is present or absent.

Your contract and project specifications remain authoritative. This is a second set of eyes for preparation.

QUICK ANSWERS

Questions people ask before closeout.

Does it read my files?

It reads only the single folder you select, locally on your computer. Findings, cited paths, and short excerpts are returned to Claude and may be processed by Anthropic under your account settings. Only use documents you are authorized to share with Claude.

Does “found” mean the package is complete?

No. The result is a public-reference baseline. Your contract, specifications, owner requirements, and human review control.

Why are dates flagged?

Date-required baseline rows need a valid calendar date near a date label in the same readable source. A year alone is not enough.
