Privacy Notice

Closeout Readiness Check reviews one project folder you select, locally, on your Windows computer. M2 AI does not operate a project-document upload service for this product.

Local scanning and results in Claude

File discovery, text extraction, and checklist matching run on your computer. The extension does not upload your project documents to M2 AI's hosted service or call a separate model API to classify them. It returns findings to Claude Desktop, including project and file identifiers, cited paths, short text excerpts, and skipped-file information. Those results enter your Claude conversation and may be processed and retained by Anthropic according to your Claude account's terms, settings, and organizational controls. Local scanning does not mean the report remains exclusively on your computer. Do not use the extension for documents whose restrictions prohibit this use of Claude.

Billing and activation data

The free-check allowance and installation key are maintained locally. When you open an activation link, our website receives your installation's activation identifier and public key. Checkout requests also identify the plan you select. Subscription validation, billing management, and recovery use installation identifiers and signed proofs or recovery authorization. These requests can include the mode, request purpose and identifier, timestamp, nonce, and signature. Our hosted service uses that information to connect your computer to its Stripe subscription; it does not receive the source project documents or report excerpts. Ordinary website request metadata and billing information are described below. M2 AI does not operate a separate customer-account database for this product.

Payment information

Stripe processes payments. Stripe collects and stores the billing details entered at Checkout, typically including name, email, billing address, and payment-card information. M2 AI may see billing and subscription information in its Stripe account but does not receive or store a full card number.

Website and service metadata

Vercel hosts the site and activation endpoints and processes ordinary request data such as IP address, request time, and browser type to deliver and protect the service. M2 AI's pages use no analytics or advertising pixels. Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal are Stripe pages governed by Stripe's privacy notice.

Purposes, disclosure, and retention

M2 AI uses billing and entitlement information only to provide the subscription, verify access, provide support, prevent abuse, and process cancellations or refunds. M2 AI discloses it to Stripe, Vercel, and support email providers only as needed to operate those services or when legally required. Billing records remain subject to Stripe's retention practices and applicable recordkeeping duties. Entitlement metadata remains associated with the subscription while needed to provide or document access. Local activation data remains on the computer until the user removes it.

Security and support

If you contact support, M2 AI and the email service providers delivering that correspondence receive your email address and message content. The business support mailbox at richard@m2ai.tech is hosted by Zoho. Do not send project documents, recovery keys, private installation keys, or full payment-card details. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to answer and document the issue.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what personal information M2 AI holds, correct it, obtain a copy, or request deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Email richard@m2ai.tech. M2 AI does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for targeted advertising.

Children

This business product is not directed to children under 13, and M2 AI does not knowingly collect their information through it.
