Terms of Use

Product boundary

Closeout Readiness Check is a local, read-only pre-submission readiness check for one electrical closeout project folder. It compares readable material with a fixed public-reference baseline. It is not a certification, a determination of contractual completeness or code compliance, legal or accounting advice, or a guarantee of acceptance. You are responsible for selecting the folder, reviewing every cited finding, consulting the controlling contract and specifications, and making all submission decisions.

What you need to run it

The product runs as an extension inside Claude Desktop on Windows. You need your own working Claude Desktop installation, which Anthropic provides under its own terms. M2 AI, LLC is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Changes to Claude Desktop may affect product availability.

Free check and business subscription

Each computer receives one free completed readiness check. Continued use then requires a subscription at $99 per month or $990 per year through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting for a business and are authorized to use its payment method.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through Manage billing or the extension's billing action. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid for. Monthly charges are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or as required by law. The first annual purchase and each annual renewal are eligible for a full refund when requested within seven calendar days of the charge. No full, partial, or prorated annual refund is available after that window except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or as required by law. M2 AI may grant a goodwill refund outside this policy at its discretion; doing so does not create an obligation to grant another.

License and acceptable use

Use the product only on materials you are authorized to review. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, expose another party's recovery key, redistribute M2 AI trademarks, or use the product unlawfully. Source made available under the MIT license remains subject to that license; it grants no rights to M2 AI names, logos, or product branding.

Local processing

The extension scans the folder you select on your computer. M2 AI's hosted billing and activation service does not receive your project documents. The extension returns a report to Claude Desktop that includes findings, cited filenames and paths, and short excerpts from readable documents. Claude may process those results through Anthropic's services as part of your conversation, under your Claude account's applicable terms, settings, and organizational controls. Use the extension only when you are authorized to review the documents and share those report details with Claude. See the Privacy Notice for billing, activation, and support data.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. M2 AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. M2 AI's total liability for claims related to the product is capped at fees paid for it during the preceding twelve months.

Changes

M2 AI may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. A material change for an existing subscription takes effect at the next renewal period or 30 days after posting, whichever is later.

Exclusive venue for disputes is in the state courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas or, if federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
